3. Required Documentation

• Government-issued ID proof (self-attested).

• Indemnity bond (if requested).

4. Device Condition Categories

• Excellent – No scratches/dents, battery >90%, under warranty, full box & accessories.

• Good – Minor scratches, battery >80%, only original manufacturer repairs.

• Fair – Noticeable wear, battery <80%, repaired device.

5. Legal Compliance

• You must have full rights to sell the device and it must not violate intellectual property or ownership laws.

• FastPhoneSell is not responsible for unauthorized sales of stolen or restricted devices.

6. Data Responsibility

• Sellers must permanently delete all personal data before sale.

• FastPhoneSell and its buyers will not be liable for any data left on the device.

7. Final Sale

• All sales are final. Once a device is sold, no returns will be accepted.

• Devices obtained via government or NGO-funded programs are not eligible.

8. Modifications

• FastPhoneSell reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.

• Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.

9. Fraud & Misuse

• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions may be canceled at our discretion.
